I had been living in California for the past couple of years, when I suddenly found myself forced to make a sudden change of events and move back to my hometown Kristiansand due to Covid-19's uncertainty.

With a restless mind and an unexpected opportunity to take over a location in our main street, it didn't take too long before a new project was born. With the support of my family and close friends, the concept for Innom Café came to life. I had been inspired by the wellness-focused lunch culture that’s so popular on the West Coast and noticed it was missing in my hometown. So, I set out to create a place that blended Californian surf vibes with Scandinavian minimalism.
The menu featured fresh, healthy recipes from California and Hawaii, using local ingredients, while the atmosphere was designed to be cozy, relaxed, and welcoming.
This experience not only deepened my understanding of running a business but also reaffirmed my passion for marketing, branding, customer experience, and creative storytelling.
